Terms of Use
These terms cover use of the website published as The corgi game. They are not terms of sale. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who operates the site
The site is operated by THE CORGI GAME LTD, company number 17538343, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 1st Floor, Unit 5 Thornbury Office Park, Midland Way, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2BS, United Kingdom. Further company information is on the legal information page.
What the site is for
The site explains the company and lets you read a catalogue and send an enquiry. It does not offer an account, a checkout, or a payment. Using the site does not make you a customer.
The catalogue
Listings marked as demonstration content are samples. They are not an offer to sell those items, not a statement of stock, and not a price the company is obliged to honour. Do not rely on a sample description as a description of goods.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry, or attempting to, does not reserve an item and does not form a contract. If the contact form has no delivery method configured, the site will say that the message was not sent. A contract for goods, if one is made later, will be on the terms stated at that time, together with any rights you have by law.
Delivery and returns are not settled. The shipping and returns pages record that, and they are not ready to govern a live sale.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and illustrations on this site belong to the company or are used with permission. You may read them and share links to the pages. You may not copy the site to run another shop, or remove the company name from material you reuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not try to break it, overload it, or use the form to send unlawful or abusive content. Do not attempt to harvest data the site does not publish.
Liability
The site is general information. Sample listings can be incomplete or withdrawn. Nothing on this page excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
These terms do not remove statutory rights you would have if you later bought goods from the company. Those rights would sit with the sale, not with browsing this website.
Law
English law governs use of the website. The courts of England and Wales can hear disputes about that use. If a future sale has its own governing-law clause, that clause will be stated with the sale.
The company may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change.
